Introduction

The mission of the seminar is to present the latest advances in modeling and scientific computing and to interconnect the correspomding academic and industrial communities. There is one or two talks, rather theoretical or rather applicational. Each lecture is supposed to have an explicative part, accessible to a general audience, and a specialized part with illustrative numerical results.

The seminar usually takes place the 1st Tuesday of the month, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. when there are two talks), in the Jacques-Louis Lions lecture hall, building C, Paris center. An identity card is necessary to enter the research center. We welcome you from 10:15 a.m. with a coffee.
