Cercle des Nageurs d’Antibes (CNA) – season 2018/2019

Two activities of lessons with a coach are subsidized by AGOS : swimming and/or aquagym lessons with the CNA at Antibes.

Please note :

• the amounts indicated below imply that at least 10 cards are sold ;
• the agos subvention (-15%) is already discounted ;

Masters (i.e., lessons with a coach for swimmers knowing at least two styles)

• card 16 entrances : 127 €
• annual pass : 284 €
• annual pass for masters + aquagym : 395 €

Aquagym

• 16 entrances : 131 €
• annual pass : 284 €
• annual pass for masters + aquagym : 395 €

Procedure to follow

If you are interested, please the following procedure :

1. the license formular: http://www.cnantibes.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/licence-2018-19.pdf . For the “activité” item, check
   1. “Natation” for masters;
   2. “Nagez Forme Bien-être” for aquagym
2.  Depending on your situation (see license for details):
   1. either, medical certificate;
   2. or fill in a health form ( http://www.cnantibes.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/QUESTIONNAIRE-SANTE.pdf );
3.  a check of 35 € to CNA for the license ;

5. a check of the amount of the card, to AGOS;
   1. Masters 16 entrances : 127 €
   2. Masters annual pass : 284 €
   3. Aquagym annual pass : 284 €
   4. aquagym 16 entrances : 131 €
   5. aquagym and masters annual pass : 395 €
6. an identity photography for the card (not required for AGOS, but mandatory at the swimming pool entrance).
