Subsidies 2020

The subsidies each agent can benefit form AGOS may evolve depending of budget constraints.

Exceptional grant school year 2020/2021: regular leisure, sports or cultural activities in a club, association or school.

Following the very particular situation we are going through and the uncertainties and difficulties that this may have implied for the agents and their families, the cgl AGOS Sophia Antipolis proposes a financial aid for enrolling in cultural and sports activities for the school year 2020-2021.

This concerns regular cultural and sporting activities practiced during the school year and requiring the registration of the beneficiaries in a school, association or club. On the advice of the cgl, it can also concern the purchase of personal cards allowing a certain number of sessions to practice a given activity.

The subsidy is 35%, capped at 50 euros per beneficiary (see definition in the FAQ).

The procedure for reimbursement is as follows:

  • Date limit of the procedure November 30, 2020 January 31, 2021.
  • Send a message to agos-sophia.assistante@inria.fr, copy agos-sophia.cgl@inria.fr title “Reimbursement regular activity – <your name>”.
  • This message must contain the name of the organization organizing the activity, the activity performed and a scan of the receipted invoice containing the name of the participant.
