Participants meet 6:00 p.m. on the sea shore, ready to board a paddle or catamaran for a small cruise to the Lerins Islands (Sainte Marguerite or Sainte Honorat depending on the conditions). There, participants will enjoy a break and a snack. Navigation and return to the club before dark.
If you are not too sporty, not really an expert in paddle or catamaran sailing, do not panic: the group is supervised by a qualified instructor from the club who can give you all the advice you need and can tow you if necessary.
Note that it is necessary to be abble to swim.
