Follow the health recommendations but let us meet !
We no longer see each other and virtual meetings/gatherings are not always enough to fill the sense of isolation that some of us feel.
The AGOS offers to meet and participate in the challenge of the “best” break until May 15, 2021.
How to do :
- Form your group by using the IRIS group Défi’Paus’AGOS or by any mean:
A group is a maximum of 6 people, including at minimum 5 people working in the center in Sophia or Montpellier (INRIA or ERCIM agent, doctoral student, post-doctoral student or trainee of an Inria team or service of the center, any person housed in a team or service of the center, retired people of the center). - Set your meeting place and time, and possibly a theme (game, discussion, music, sport…)
- Share this moment and send us a picture of this meeting with the names/teams of the participants and a few lines to convince us that you had the best break.
- Authorize AGOS to publish the photo and argument on intern media (IRIS, intranet…).
Constraints :
- Outside meeting only, in a not too busy place, strict respect of wearing mask and social distancing instructions.
- 5 or 6 people, no more, no less.
Rewards :
- AGOS will reimburse your expenses within the limit of 10 euros per person working in the center (official nominative invoice in the name of a participant). A single reimbursement for the same group of 6 people (but one person can be part of several groups). These expenses can be the rental of equipment, a tennis court, the payment of a service provider (e.g. sports coach, music teacher, plastic art, chess), or the picnic of the participants.
- The participants of the “best” break will receive an additional reward. The criteria of appreciation are the photo (funny and/or beautiful), the meeting place (original, unusual, beautiful), the diversity of the participants (ages, services, professions, nationalities…), the arguments to convince us that you are the best, funny, poetic, serious, artistic, it’s up to you to see.
