AGOS proposes an outing to the “great escape game” in Montpellier on June 3rd at 19:00, followed by a shared moment in a bar or a restaurant in the area.
If you want to participate you can register before May 24th on the framadate of the outing. Don’t forget to write down your email address so that we can contact you. In order for the outing to take place,
- we need a local relay who will be in charge of collecting the payments from the participants and sending them to Sophia. If you are a volunteer, please note it on the framadate.
- we need a minimum of 5 participants, including at least 3 “right-holders*” per escape game room reserved. There are 4 rooms so 24 participants maximum.
Rate
- Access to the room: AGOS finances 60% of the entrance fees for its “right-holders*”, but everyone is welcome. The price will depend on the number of participants per room (23 euros/person for 5 participants, 21euros for 6 participants, so respectively 9.2 euros and 8.4 euros for AGOS rightsholders*).
- Restaurant or bar: Upon presentation of a restaurant or bar bill for the consumption of the group of participants on the day of the outing, AGOS will reimburse 50% of this bill within the limit of 5 euros per “entitled person” present.

Entitled person: Inria staff (i.e. paid by Inria) or doctoral student doing research in an Inria team.
