The Agos Sophia slowly resumes certain activities, here are the latest news:
– Permanences: they will not resume for the moment, only emergencies will be provided by individual appointment, contact the CGL.
– Ski ticketing: We must recover fairly quickly, and reimburse you, all unused ski passes. If you are concerned and have not yet received a specific email, contact Eric Madelaine
– Cinema ticket office: All tickets that have expired during confinement will be extended. For the moment we have received confirmation for:
— validity until 2020 December 31, for CGR and UGC Méditerranéetickets
— Strada: until 2020 September 30, for those expiring between March 15 and May 31. + 4 months for those expiring after June 1.
— we will keep you informed for others.
– CEZAM cards: if you ordered one at the start of the year, and you think you will use it in the near future, make an appointment to pick it up at agos-sophia.assistante (Eric or Odile). This may be usable right now, for example for family vacation organisms, and for cultural sites that have reopened.
– Group outings: we start to set up new activities, from mid-June (hiking, sailing, kayaking, beer workshop, …). To give a little boost in these difficult times, the CGL finances these outings at 75% for agents and assigns. Watch for news on agos-sam.inria.fr, we will update here.
– Loan of equipment: we reopen, under strict sanitary conditions, certain equipment loans: Cooking, Sewing, DIY tools… Please contact directly the respective activity managers.
