Managing your identities
Each author has the possibility to create his "idHAL" and to regroup under this idHAL all his author forms associated.

To know all your author forms, an author repository has ben created : Link to the CCSD documentation Access to AuréHAL
Each author has an identity consisting of the following elements:
- First Name,
- Surname,
- Email.
- Organization,
- Research team (except for Inria), see also Affiliating an author
Sometimes an author can be cited with different identities. The authors "deduplication" is now integrated into HAL-Inria, but only administrators are allowed to use it.
The librarians of your research center have the ability to manage duplications of your author forms; contact them.
