Inputting mathematical formulae

IMPORTANT

If you submit a publication in HAL that contains a mathematical formula in its title or abstract, you are advised to write it in Latex (in the form $....$)

For example: $\sqrt(x^2+y^2)$

The latex in the titles and abstracts of the publications is correctly shown in HAL’s bibliographical references, from the moment it was put between $’’ (thanks to a Javascript library which allows to post some latex in a web page).

Caution:

When the Raweb is generated, there will not be an error.

Titles containing one or more mathematical formulae and not written in Latex will lead to a Latex compilation error during generation of the Raweb.
