Adding journals or laboratories
During input, it is possible to add values to the following predefined lists: Journals and Projects/Laboratories.
For journals and laboratories, there is a box in the interface allowing you to add names not contained in the predefined lists. To validate the name you propose, you must contact archive-ouverte@inria.fr , giving the name of the laboratory or journal. This name will then be added to the predefined list.

The interface offers input assistance with an auto-complete function for the following data:
- Article title: from the 10th character onwards (which allows detection of any duplicates in HAL). Please note that if you copy and paste, verification may take some time. Does the message disappear after a few seconds? To make it reappear, go back one character and retype it.
- Journal title: A list of titles is offered. If the title is not present, type it in. Please note that if you copy and paste, verification may take some time. Does the message disappear after a few seconds? To make it reappear, go back one character and retype it.
