Modifying the metadata

The modifications to the metadata of my article have not yet been reflected in ArXiv. Is this normal?

Modifications made using the ‘Modify metadata’ action are not sent to ArXiv, unlike other actions such as ‘create a new version’ or ‘add a field’.
