Depuis, deux r\u00e9volutions ont marqu\u00e9 les pr\u00e9visions m\u00e9t\u00e9o. Ce sont, cent ans plus tard en 1950, la premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9vision num\u00e9rique et la mont\u00e9e en puissance des ordinateurs, puis dans les ann\u00e9es 60 les satellites m\u00e9t\u00e9o, satellites qui depuis sont devenus pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rants pour observer l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re, l\u2019oc\u00e9an et la biosph\u00e8re.
